The Bw 900 is a 30 ft (9 m) RIB built in 2010, with room for up to 24 guests, one cabin, a fridge, a shower, a toilet, a swimming ladder, a sun shade, paddle board, water skis and snorkeling gear. Two 225 hp engines give 450 hp in total and a top speed of 40 knots.
Location
Saint-Tropez sits on a peninsula on the Var coast, facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime. It began as a fishing village and became famous through painters such as Paul Signac at the end of the 19th century and the 1956 film And God Created Woman with Brigitte Bardot. Pampelonne beach lies just south of the town.
Getting there by public transport
Saint-Tropez has no train station, so the easiest way in is by bus. From Saint-Raphaël Valescure station, take ZOU! bus line 876, which runs via Sainte-Maxime. From Toulon station, ZOU! lines 878 and 879 run to the town. Les Bateaux Verts sail all year from Sainte-Maxime and Port Grimaud, and Trans Côte d’Azur sails from Cannes and Nice in high season.
