About the boat

The 2023 Dufour 37 sailboat measures 10.8 metres (35 feet) and has a 20 hp engine, 3 cabins for up to 6 guests, a fridge, kitchen, sun shade and toilet. Built by Dufour Yachts of La Rochelle, a yard founded in 1964 by Michel Dufour.

Location

Golfe-Juan sits in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes and is part of the town of Vallauris. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. Napoleon landed on its beach on 1 March 1815 on his return from Elba, the start of the Route Napoléon.

Getting there by public transport

From Nice, take TER line 8 to Golfe-Juan station, with trains about every half hour, or take line 82 from Nice airport, which runs every day. From Cannes, Envibus line 18 runs to Golfe-Juan and Vallauris.
