Location
Golfe-Juan lies in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, part of the town of Vallauris. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. Napoleon landed on its beach on 1 March 1815 on his return from Elba, the start of the Route Napoleon.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, take TER line 8 to Golfe-Juan station, with trains about every half hour. Envibus line 18 also runs between Cannes and Golfe-Juan and Vallauris. Coach line 620 from Nice stops at Square Nabonnand in Cannes, and line 82 links Nice airport with Golfe-Juan and Vallauris every day.
