About the boat

The Bénéteau Flyer 7.7 SUNdeck is a 2016 motor boat, 25 ft (7.6 m) long, with a 250 hp engine, one cabin and room for 9 guests. Beneteau is a French yard founded in 1884 in Croix-de-Vie in the Vendée, and it is one of the largest boat builders in the world.

Location

Cannes sits on the French Riviera between Nice and Saint-Raphaël. Boats leave from the Vieux Port, next to the Palais des Festivals and below Le Suquet, the old town on the hill, for the Lérins Islands, Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat, a few minutes offshore. The Palais des Festivals has been home to the Cannes Film Festival since 1946.

Getting there by public transport

From Cannes station (Gare SNCF de Cannes, rue Jean Jaurès), served by TGV and TER trains along the coast, it is about a 7 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals and the Vieux Port. You can also take Palm Bus line 1 from Gare SNCF to Gare Maritime, about every 5 minutes.
