Location
Golfe-Juan lies in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, as part of the town of Vallauris. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. Napoleon landed on its beach on 1 March 1815 on his return from Elba, the start of the Route Napoleon.
Getting there by public transport
From Golfe-Juan station, TER line 8 runs to Mandelieu, Cannes, Nice and Ventimiglia with trains about every half hour. Envibus line 18 links Cannes with Golfe-Juan and Vallauris. Coach line 620 between Nice and Cannes stops at Square Nabonnand, and line 82 connects Nice airport with Golfe-Juan and Vallauris every day.
