From Cannes, take Envibus line 18 to Golfe-Juan/Vallauris. Golfe-Juan station is on TER line 8, with trains about every half hour, linking Mandelieu, Cannes and Nice. Line 82 runs every day between Nice airport and Golfe-Juan/Vallauris.
