Location
Mandelieu-La Napoule lies just west of Cannes, at the foot of the Esterel massif with its red rocks. The port of La Napoule sits next to the Château de la Napoule, a 14th century castle that the American artist Henry Clews and his wife Marie restored from 1918.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, take Palm Express line A, which runs about every 12 minutes between Cannes centre and Mandelieu centre. Palm Bus line 22 runs along the seafront through La Napoule to Cannes, and Mandelieu-La Napoule station on Place de la Fontaine, near the seafront, is served by TER line 8 towards Cannes, Nice and Ventimiglia. Cannes TGV station is 7 km away.
