Location
Golfe-Juan sits in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, as part of the town of Vallauris. The port has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. In 1815 Napoleon landed on the beach here on his return from Elba, the start of the Route Napoléon.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, take Envibus line 18 to Golfe-Juan or Vallauris. TER line 8 stops at Golfe-Juan station on its Mandelieu, Cannes, Nice and Ventimiglia route, with trains about every half hour. Coach line 620 from Nice stops at Square Nabonnand in Cannes, and line 82 links Nice airport with Golfe-Juan and Vallauris every day.
