Built in 2010 by VanDutch, a Dutch brand founded in 2008 in Heerenveen, this 42 ft (12.8 m) motor boat is powered by a 960 hp engine. It has one cabin, takes up to 10 guests, and comes with a kitchen, fridge, shower, toilet, sun shade and towels.
Location
Cannes sits on the French Riviera between Nice and Saint-Raphaël, and boats leave from the Vieux Port, right next to the Palais des Festivals and below Le Suquet, the old town on the hill. The Cannes Film Festival has been held at the Palais des Festivals since 1946, and the Lérins Islands, Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat, are only a few minutes offshore.
Getting there by public transport
Cannes station (Gare SNCF de Cannes, rue Jean Jaurès) is served by TGV and TER trains along the coast. From the station, it is about a 7 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals and the Vieux Port, or you can take Palm Bus line 1 between Gare SNCF and Gare Maritime, about every 5 minutes.
