Location
Port Saint-Pierre sits in Hyères (Hyères-les-Palmiers) on the Var coast, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. From the port you face the Golden Isles: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, and Port-Cros is a national park created in 1963. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts of the Riviera in the 19th century.
Getting there by public transport
The TER line from Toulon reaches Hyères station in about 20 minutes, and trains from Marseille Saint-Charles connect in about 1h15 to 1h30. From the town centre, take Réseau Mistral bus line 67 from the Jean Jaurès stop to the port, which takes about 18 minutes. Toulon-Hyères airport is a few kilometres from the centre and is linked to the centre and the station by a Mistral bus line.
