About the boat

The Sunseeker 48 is a 2018 motor boat measuring 50 feet (15.3 metres) with 900 hp, built by Sunseeker, a British yard in Poole, Dorset, founded in 1969. It has two cabins and room for 11 guests, with a fridge, kitchen, shower, toilet, sun shade, swimming ladder and snorkeling gear.

Location

Saint-Tropez sits on a peninsula on the Var coast, facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime. Pampelonne beach lies just south of the town. The fishing village became known after painters such as Paul Signac worked there at the end of the 19th century, and later through the 1956 film And God Created Woman with Brigitte Bardot.

Getting there by public transport

Saint-Tropez has no train station. From Toulon station, ZOU! lines 878 and 879 run to the area, and ZOU! bus line 876 runs from Saint-Raphaël Valescure station via Sainte-Maxime.
