About the boat

The Sunseeker 48 is a 2018 motor boat, 50 feet (15.3 m) long, with 2 cabins, room for 11 guests and 900 hp from its engines. Sunseeker is a British shipyard based in Poole, Dorset, founded in 1969.

Location

Golfe-Juan lies in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, as part of the town of Vallauris. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. In 1815 Napoleon landed on the beach here on his return from Elba, which marked the start of the Route Napoleon.

Getting there by public transport

From Cannes, Mandelieu or Nice, take TER line 8 (Mandelieu, Cannes, Nice, Ventimiglia) to Golfe-Juan station, with trains about every half hour. Envibus line 18 runs between Cannes and Golfe-Juan or Vallauris. Coach line 620 between Nice and Cannes stops at Square Nabonnand, and line 82 links Nice airport with Golfe-Juan and Vallauris every day.
