About the boat

The Sessa Marine C30 is a 31 ft (9.5 m) motor boat built in 2008 by the Italian yard Sessa Marine, founded in 1958. It has one cabin with a double bed, a kitchen, a shower and a toilet for up to 8 guests, powered by 380 hp from two Volvo D3 diesel engines.

Location

Mandelieu-La Napoule lies just west of Cannes, at the foot of the Esterel massif with its red rocks. The port of La Napoule sits next to the Château de la Napoule, a 14th century castle restored from 1918 by the American artist Henry Clews and his wife Marie.

Getting there by public transport

From Cannes, take Palm Express line A to Mandelieu centre, which runs about every 12 minutes. You can also take TER line 8 towards Cannes to Mandelieu-La Napoule station at Place de la Fontaine, near the seafront. Palm Bus line 22 runs along the seafront through La Napoule. Cannes TGV station is 7 km away.

A skipper is optional for 200 euro per day, but a boat licence is required to sail the boat yourself.
