The Princess V58 is a 19 m (62 ft) yacht built in 2004, with two cabins, room for up to 12 guests and an 800 hp engine. It was built by Princess Yachts, a British yard in Plymouth founded in 1965.
Location
Cannes lies on the French Riviera between Nice and Saint-Raphaël. The Vieux Port sits beside the Palais des Festivals, home of the Cannes Film Festival since 1946, and below Le Suquet, the old town on the hill. Boats leave from here for the Lérins Islands, Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat, only a few minutes offshore.
Getting there by public transport
Cannes station (Gare SNCF de Cannes, rue Jean Jaurès) is served by TGV and TER trains along the coast. From the station it is about a 7 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals and the Vieux Port. You can also take Palm Bus line 1 between Gare SNCF and Gare Maritime, about every 5 minutes.
