Location
Port Saint-Pierre is in Hyères, on the Var coast between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. The port faces the Golden Isles, with boats to Port-Cros and Le Levant leaving from here and boats to Porquerolles leaving from La Tour Fondue on the Giens peninsula. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts on the Riviera in the 19th century.
Getting there by public transport
Take the TER train from Toulon to Hyères station, about 20 minutes, or come from Marseille Saint-Charles in about 1h15 to 1h30. From the town centre, take Réseau Mistral bus line 67 from the stop Jean Jaurès to the port, about 18 minutes. Toulon-Hyères airport is a few kilometres from the centre and is linked to the centre and the station by a Mistral bus line.
