About the boat
The Lagoon 500 is a 51 ft (15.5 m) catamaran built in 2011, with 4 cabins, room for 12 guests and a 150 hp engine. Lagoon is a French catamaran brand of Groupe Beneteau, building cruising catamarans in Bordeaux since 1984.
Location
Port Saint-Pierre sits on the Var coast in Hyères, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. From the port you face the Golden Isles of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, and Port-Cros is a national park created in 1963. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts of the Riviera in the 19th century.
Getting there by public transport
From Hyères station, the TER line from Toulon takes about 20 minutes, and connections from Marseille Saint-Charles take about 1h15 to 1h30. From the town centre, take Réseau Mistral bus line 67 from the Jean Jaurès stop to the port, a trip of about 18 minutes. Toulon-Hyères airport is a few kilometres from the centre and is linked to the centre and the station by a Mistral bus line.
