About the boat

The Lagoon 450 Sport Top is a 2016 catamaran measuring 14 m (46 ft) with a 114 hp engine. It takes up to 11 guests in 6 cabins, and Lagoon is a French catamaran brand from Bordeaux, part of Groupe Beneteau, building cruising catamarans since 1984.

Location

Port Saint-Pierre in Hyères sits on the Var coast between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, facing the Golden Isles of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant. Port-Cros is a national park created in 1963, and trips to Port-Cros and Le Levant leave from the port of Hyères, while trips to Porquerolles leave from La Tour Fondue on the Giens peninsula. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts of the Riviera in the 19th century.

Getting there by public transport

Take the TER line from Toulon to Hyères station, about 20 minutes, or connect from Marseille Saint-Charles in about 1h15 to 1h30. From the town centre, board Réseau Mistral bus line 67 at the Jean Jaurès stop, which reaches the port in about 18 minutes. Toulon-Hyères airport is a few kilometres from the centre and is linked to the centre and the station by a Mistral bus line.
