About the boat
The Joker Boat Coaster plus is a 7 m (23 ft) RIB built in 2012 by Joker Boat, an Italian RIB builder. It carries up to 9 guests and is powered by a 150 hp Mercury 4 stroke engine, with a sun shade and a swimming ladder on board.
Location
Boats leave from Port Saint-Pierre in Hyères, on the Var coast between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. The port faces the Golden Isles: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, and Port-Cros is a national park created in 1963. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts of the Riviera in the 19th century.
Getting there by public transport
From Hyères station, the TER line runs from Toulon in about 20 minutes, and connections from Marseille Saint-Charles take about 1h15 to 1h30. From the town centre, take Réseau Mistral bus line 67 from the Jean Jaurès stop to the port, about 18 minutes. Toulon-Hyères airport is a few kilometres from the centre and is linked by a Mistral bus line.
