Location
Mandelieu-La Napoule sits just west of Cannes at the foot of the Esterel massif, known for its red rocks. The port of La Napoule lies next to the Château de la Napoule, a 14th century castle. The castle was restored from 1918 by the American artist Henry Clews and his wife Marie.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, take TER line 8 towards Nice or Ventimiglia and get off at Mandelieu-La Napoule station on Place de la Fontaine, near the seafront. From the station or Mandelieu centre, Palm Express line A links to Cannes centre about every 12 minutes, and Palm Bus line 22 runs along the seafront through La Napoule. Cannes TGV station is 7 km away.
