Location
Golfe-Juan lies in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, part of the town of Vallauris. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. Napoleon landed on its beach on 1 March 1815 on his return from Elba, the start of the Route Napoleon.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, Nice or Mandelieu, take TER line 8 to Golfe-Juan station, with trains about every half hour. From Cannes, Envibus line 18 runs to Golfe-Juan and Vallauris. From Nice airport, line 82 links the airport with Golfe-Juan and Vallauris every day. Coach line 620 between Nice and Cannes stops at Square Nabonnand.
