The Itama 40 is a 42 ft (12.7 m) motor boat built in 2006 by Itama, an Italian open yacht brand of the Ferretti Group. It has two cabins, a 960 hp engine and room for 11 guests, with a shower, toilet, kitchen, fridge, sun shade and snorkelling gear on board.
Location
Saint-Tropez sits on a peninsula on the Var coast, facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime. It began as a fishing village and became famous through painters such as Paul Signac at the end of the 19th century and through the 1956 film And God Created Woman. Pampelonne beach lies just south of the town.
Getting there by public transport
Saint-Tropez has no train station. From Saint-Raphaël Valescure station, take ZOU! bus line 876 via Sainte-Maxime. From Toulon station, take ZOU! lines 878 or 879. Les Bateaux Verts sail all year from Sainte-Maxime and Port Grimaud, Les Bateaux Bleus from Saint-Raphaël, and Trans Côte d’Azur from Cannes and Nice in high season.
