Location
Golfe-Juan sits in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, as part of the town of Vallauris. Napoleon landed on its beach on 1 March 1815 on his return from Elba, the start of the Route Napoléon. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port.
Getting there by public transport
Golfe-Juan station is on TER line 8 (Mandelieu, Cannes, Nice, Ventimiglia), with trains about every half hour. From Cannes, take Envibus line 18 to Golfe-Juan/Vallauris. Line 82 links Nice airport with Golfe-Juan/Vallauris every day, and coach line 620 from Nice stops at Square Nabonnand in Cannes.
