The Dufour 41 is a 2024 sailboat measuring 42 feet (12.8 metres) with three cabins for up to six guests. Made by Dufour Yachts, a French yard in La Rochelle founded in 1964 by Michel Dufour, it comes with a fridge, kitchen, shower, sun shade and towels.
Location
Port Saint-Pierre sits in Hyères-les-Palmiers on the Var coast, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. From the port you face the Golden Isles: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, with boats to Port-Cros and Le Levant leaving from Hyères and boats to Porquerolles leaving from La Tour Fondue on the Giens peninsula. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts of the Riviera in the 19th century.
Getting there by public transport
From Toulon, take the TER line to Hyères station, about 20 minutes, or connect from Marseille Saint-Charles in about 1h15 to 1h30. From the town centre, Réseau Mistral bus line 67 runs to the port in about 18 minutes, boarding at the Jean Jaurès stop. Toulon-Hyères airport is a few kilometres from the centre and is linked to the centre and the station by a Mistral bus line.
