The Capelli Tempest 775 is a 7.8 m (26 ft) RIB built in 2023 by Cantieri Capelli, an Italian yard founded in 1974 at Spinadesco near Cremona. It has a 225 hp engine, takes up to 10 guests, and comes with a fridge, shower, sun shade and swimming ladder.
Location
Golfe-Juan sits in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, part of the town of Vallauris. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. Napoleon landed on the beach here on 1 March 1815 on his return from Elba, the start of the Route Napoléon.
Getting there by public transport
Golfe-Juan station is on TER line 8, which runs between Cannes and Nice with trains about every half hour. From Cannes, take Envibus line 18 to Golfe-Juan and Vallauris. From Nice airport, line 82 links directly to Golfe-Juan and Vallauris every day.
