Location
Mandelieu-La Napoule sits just west of Cannes at the foot of the Esterel massif, known for its red rocks. The port of La Napoule lies next to the Château de la Napoule, a 14th century castle. It was restored from 1918 by the American artist Henry Clews and his wife Marie.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, Palm Express line A links Cannes centre with Mandelieu centre about every 12 minutes. By train, TER line 8 towards Cannes, Nice and Ventimiglia stops at Mandelieu-La Napoule station on Place de la Fontaine, near the seafront. Palm Bus line 22 also runs along the seafront from Cannes La Bocca to La Napoule. Cannes TGV station is 7 km away.
