The Capelli Cap 17 is a 1996 motor boat, 5.1 metres (17 ft) long, with a 50 hp engine, a shower and room for up to 5 guests. It comes from Cantieri Capelli, an Italian yard founded in 1974 that builds RIBs and motorboats at Spinadesco near Cremona.
Location
Mandelieu-La Napoule lies just west of Cannes, at the foot of the Esterel massif and its red rocks. The port sits next to the Château de la Napoule, a 14th century castle. The castle was restored from 1918 by the American artist Henry Clews and his wife Marie.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, take Palm Express line A, which links Cannes centre with Mandelieu centre about every 12 minutes. You can also reach Mandelieu-La Napoule station on TER line 8 towards Cannes, Nice and Ventimiglia, at Place de la Fontaine near the seafront. Cannes TGV station is 7 km away.
