Location
Golfe-Juan sits in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, part of the town of Vallauris. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. Napoleon landed on its beach on 1 March 1815, on his return from Elba, which marked the start of the Route Napoléon.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, take Envibus line 18 to Golfe-Juan/Vallauris. Golfe-Juan station is on TER line 8 (Mandelieu, Cannes, Nice, Ventimiglia), with trains about every half hour. From Nice airport, line 82 links you to Golfe-Juan/Vallauris every day, and coach line 620 from Nice to Cannes stops at Square Nabonnand.
