Beneteau is a French yard founded in 1884 by Benjamin Bénéteau in Croix-de-Vie in the Vendée, and it is one of the largest boat builders in the world.
Location
Mandelieu La Napoule lies just west of Cannes, at the foot of the Esterel massif and its red rocks. The port sits next to the Château de la Napoule, a 14th century castle that the American artist Henry Clews and his wife Marie restored from 1918.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, take Palm Express line A, which runs about every 12 minutes between Cannes centre and Mandelieu centre. The Mandelieu La Napoule station is at Place de la Fontaine near the seafront, served by TER line 8 towards Cannes, Nice and Ventimiglia. Palm Bus line 22 also runs along the seafront through La Napoule to Cannes.
