Location
Port Saint-Pierre lies in Hyères on the Var coast between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, facing the Golden Isles: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant. Boats to Porquerolles leave from La Tour Fondue on the Giens peninsula, while trips to Port-Cros and Le Levant leave from the port of Hyères. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts of the Riviera in the 19th century.
Getting there by public transport
Take the TER line from Toulon to Hyères train station, about 20 minutes. From the town centre stop Jean Jaurès, Réseau Mistral bus line 67 runs to the port in about 18 minutes. Connections from Marseille Saint-Charles take about 1h15 to 1h30.
