The Italboats Stingher 27 GT is a 2017 RIB, 8 m (26 ft) long, with a 300 hp engine and room for up to 11 guests. It has a fridge, a sun shade, and a rear bench that converts into a sunbathing platform.
Location
Port Saint-Pierre is in Hyères (Hyères-les-Palmiers) on the Var coast, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. The port faces the Golden Isles: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, and boats to Porquerolles leave from La Tour Fondue on the Giens peninsula. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts of the Riviera in the 19th century.
Getting there by public transport
From Hyères train station, the end of the TER line from Toulon takes about 20 minutes, and connections from Marseille Saint-Charles take about 1h15 to 1h30. Take Réseau Mistral bus line 67 from the town centre, stop Jean Jaurès, to the port in about 18 minutes. Toulon-Hyères airport is a few kilometres from the centre and is linked to the centre and the station by a Mistral bus line.
