About the boat

The Bali 4.2 is a 2026 catamaran measuring 12.9 metres (42 feet), with 4 cabins for up to 10 guests and a 100 hp engine. It has a fridge, kitchen, shower, toilet and sun shade, and it is built by Bali Catamarans, a French brand launched in 2014 by the Catana Group in Canet-en-Roussillon.

Location

Port Saint-Pierre is in Hyères on the Var coast, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, and it faces the Golden Isles of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant. Port-Cros is a national park created in 1963, and boats to Porquerolles leave from La Tour Fondue on the Giens peninsula. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts of the Riviera in the 19th century.

Getting there by public transport

Take the TER train from Toulon to Hyères station, about 20 minutes. From the Hyères town centre, take Réseau Mistral bus line 67 from the Jean Jaurès stop to the port, which takes about 18 minutes.

About the skipper

A skipper is available for an extra fee of 350 euro per day, but a boat licence is required if you sail the boat yourself.
