About the boat

This 2021 Nautitech 40 Open catamaran is 12 m (39 ft) long and built by Nautitech, a French catamaran yard in Rochefort. It has 4 cabins, 2 toilets with showers, a kitchen, a fridge, a 21 hp engine and room for 10 guests.

Location

Port Saint-Pierre is in Hyères on the Var coast, between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. The port faces the Golden Isles of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, and Port-Cros is a national park created in 1963. Hyères was one of the first winter resorts on the Riviera in the 19th century.

Getting there by public transport

From Hyères train station, the end of the TER line from Toulon (about 20 minutes), take Réseau Mistral bus line 67 from the town centre stop Jean Jaurès to the port, about 18 minutes. Trains from Marseille Saint-Charles reach Hyères in about 1h15 to 1h30. Toulon-Hyères airport is a few kilometres from the centre and is linked to the centre and the station by a Mistral bus line.
