Location
Golfe-Juan lies in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, as part of the town of Vallauris. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. On 1 March 1815, Napoleon landed on its beach on his return from Elba, the start of the Route Napoléon.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes, take Envibus line 18 to Golfe-Juan/Vallauris. Golfe-Juan station is on TER line 8, with trains about every half hour between Mandelieu, Cannes, Nice and Ventimiglia. Coach line 620 from Nice stops at Square Nabonnand in Cannes, and line 82 links Nice airport with Golfe-Juan/Vallauris every day.
