Location
Golfe-Juan lies in the bay between Cannes and Cap d’Antibes, and it is part of the town of Vallauris. The town has two harbours, Port Camille Rayon and the Vieux Port. Napoleon landed on its beach on 1 March 1815 on his return from Elba, the start of the Route Napoléon.
Getting there by public transport
The nearest big town is Cannes. Golfe-Juan station is on TER line 8 (Mandelieu, Cannes, Nice, Ventimiglia), with trains about every half hour. Envibus line 18 runs between Cannes and Golfe-Juan and Vallauris, and line 82 links Nice airport with Golfe-Juan and Vallauris every day. From Nice, coach line 620 stops at Square Nabonnand in Cannes.
