The Princess V52 is a 56 ft (17 m) motor boat built in 2006 by Princess Yachts, a British yard in Plymouth founded in 1965. Fully renovated in 2021, it has a 1600 hp engine, 3 double cabins, 2 bathrooms and room for 12 guests.
Location
Cannes sits on the French Riviera between Nice and Saint-Raphaël. The Vieux Port lies beside the Palais des Festivals and below Le Suquet, the old town on the hill, and boats leave from here for the Lérins Islands, Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat, a few minutes offshore. The Cannes Film Festival has been held at the Palais since 1946.
Getting there by public transport
From Cannes station (Gare SNCF de Cannes, rue Jean Jaurès), served by TGV and TER trains along the coast, it is about a 7 minute walk to the Vieux Port. You can also take Palm Bus line 1 between Gare SNCF and Gare Maritime, about every 5 minutes.
