About the boat

The Sunseeker Superhawk 48 is a 15 m (49 ft) motor boat from the British yard Sunseeker in Poole, Dorset, powered by 900 hp. It has 2 cabins, room for 11 guests, a kitchen, fridge, shower and toilet, plus a swimming ladder, paddle board and snorkeling gear.

Location

Port Vauban is one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean, with about 1,500 berths, on the coast between Cannes and Nice. Superyachts moor at the Quai des Milliardaires below the Fort Carré, a star shaped fort that overlooks the port. The old town of Antibes, with its ramparts, lies right next to the harbour.

Getting there by public transport

From Antibes station, served by TER and TGV trains along the coast between Cannes and Nice, it is about a 15 minute walk to the port.

A skipper is required for this boat and costs 350 euro per day extra, and no boat licence is needed.
